The entire process was top notch! Kris Heath was my salesman and he was very attentive to what I wanted in my new F150 and he did an excellent job at finding my truck. He remained in contact with me through every step from finding my truck to getting the windows tinted to my taking delivery of the truck. The service department is awesome....I won't take my truck anywhere else! I can't say enough about the folks at Satcher Ford! I will DEFINITELY return for my next truck!!! Anybody in the market for a new Ford should absolutely give the folks at Satcher Ford a chance....you will be just as pleased as I am!
My experience purchasing a used car from Satcher Ford of Aiken was a pleasant one! Kris Heath worked quickly and efficiently to process my application and accommodate the price range I wanted to be in. I drove home in my perfect car that afternoon! The office staff does leave a bit to be desired. They don't acknowledge customers in the waiting area (or this was my experience at least). I work in customer service and I know the importance of acknowledging any and everyone in your office, at least to greet them and smile. the 'people' factor was lacking. The office is also very quiet. Background music would make for a more comfortable wait, in my opinion. Overall, these are small criticisms and my general experience with Satcher was a very positive one. I will recommend them to everyone I know who is searching for a new vehicle and I plan to bring my car to Satcher for all future services and general maintenance.
Absolutely the best vehicle buying experience I have ever had! Being a female it is sometimes difficult making a purchase like this on your own however, at Satcher Motors it was easy as 1 2 3. The owner is a lovely man who greets all of his customers personally. My salesman Peter was brilliant, no haggles no hassles he knew what I wanted and then some. He helped me in every way very easy not complicated. I bought a beautiful F-150 with all the bells and whistles and I am very very happy with my purchase. By the way I took it into service today to have the electric brakes installed in order to tow my horse trailer. I was in and out in no time the guys in the service department were competent and very friendly. Don't buy a vehicle without going to see Satcher Ford first or actually go last because you'll probably get the best deal ever
Had a TSB taken care of as well as general service. Left it the night before to go pick up the following day and everything was well taken care of. Took good care of the truck and it feels nice to have it serviced up.
